These include hepatitis C, hepatitis B, tetanus, tuberculosis and HIV; it is the virus that causes AIDS. This also causes skin disorders. Your body may form bumps called around tattoo ink, especially if your tattoo includes red ink. Tattooing can also cause areas of raised, excessive scarring, if you're prone to them.
Temporary tattoos, such as those applied to the skin with a moistened wad of cotton, fade several days after application. Most contain color additives approved for cosmetic use on the skin. However, the agency has issued an import alert for certain foreign-made temporary tattoos.
